Returns

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items of equal value and subject to availability. To exchange an item, please return your original item following the return instructions and specify the item you wish to receive. Once your return is processed, we will ship the exchanged item to you.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team promptly through our website. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping on Returns
